Payment can be made at www.austinactivemgmt.com or www.uhomesearch.com and also by mail to 2309 Rio Grande Austin TX 78705. Please note that an adminisrative fee of $19.95 will be charged for rent or deposit payments inincrements of $500. For example, a payment of $1,300 will be assessed an administrative fee of $59.85 ($19.95x3). This fee may be waived if payent is made by check or money order on or before the due date.

Please note you must add these amounts to the payment total and a description of your payment (Address, month, etc.) must be included to avoid delay of processing. Failing to include either or both of these items may result in late fees, fines, etc.. Should you have any questions, please contact our office at (512)472-0048 during business hours, Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm CST.
